I am sooooo very thrilled to publish this video “introduction to Lacto-Fermentation” there is so much outdated and controversial information out there about exactly HOW to ferment vegetables. True fermentation requires an ANAEROBIC atmosphere to proliferate gut healing lactic acid bacteria. You just can’t achieve that with a mason jar. This is my longest video yet at just under 7 minutes.
